Our Office and Administrative Assistants will be glad to provide a written estimate of a recommended treatment also including insurance estimates. We offer several different payment options including MasterCard, Visa and Interact.
Insurance
Dental health care insurance is intended to a portion of the dental treatment. Please bring in your plan information and we will be more than willing to submit the claim to your insurance company. We are able to submit the claim electronically to most companies.
If your coverage is through a local union, please remember to bring in one of their insurance claim forms. If you have questions regarding your coverage, do not hesitate to ask the administrative assistants who will be more than happy to assist you. Uninsured
For those which are uninsured, Dalecliff Dental provides a 10% discount for all services the clinic offers. Dr. Jaklin Tadrous is also able to provide individualized payment plans if they are necessary.
